I went there last Monday Oct 24 and this people not only fixed my car, but gave me a great deal! If you go there, ask for Alan. These guys rock! I regret I didn't know about this place before.

When the United Automotive shop behind Honest-1 closed, I was so disappointed because in the owner, Alan, I had finally found an honest auto mechanic. Then later, my second auto place, Merlin's, that is located where Honest-1 is now closed. So I was very happy to receive a letter from Alan telling me he was now working at a new business, Honest-1. When the driver's side interior door handle broke off and I was having to roll down the window to let myself out of my car, I knew just where to take it for repairs. Over the phone, Alan quoted me approximately $100-200 for the door handle, depending on whether the parts had dropped down into the door or not. Yes, it's a lot, but undoubtedly far less than Toyota. I called another repair shop and was given roughly the same price, so I went ahead with Honest-1. The owner was there. I mentioned that I was just able to get out of my car using the door handle, so the parts were probably still attached, and asked them to please be careful so I didn't have to pay the $200. The owner was very responsive and spoke with one of the mechanics about it. The wait in the waiting room was actually pleasant -- clean, cool, comfortable and free WiFi. They had free cans of soft drinks and pretzels. Who does that? Wow. They also would have given me a courtesy drop off and pick up at my home had I not wanted to wait. It took just an hour for repairs. The owner charged me only about $100, and for that price they also checked other things (like brakes) and gave me the status of them. I was bracing for "here comes the hard sell" like I'd get at the dealership, but I was told everything else was fine. And I get in my car and they had actually left a thank you card signed by the mechanic and an accompanying baggie of wintergreen Lifesavers tied with a ribbon. No kidding. This is really as good as a business can get. The work is good, and customer service is outstanding. I'm so thankful they've opened and that I now have a honest mechanic to go to again.

Really quick service! – I had my A/C repaired here! I'm really satisfied with these people, I left my car, picked it up just an hour later and I was ready to go!

I am terrified of car repairs, but no more!! I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!! Alan arranged for my car to be picked up at work (he even took his shoes off to come in!!) and Jordan dropped it off with new brakes just 3 hours later, at HALF what Toyota of Roswell was quoting. They gave me a list of things i wanted to consider, but stressed that they were not urgent and that my car was safe. I am going to go by and pick up their cards so i can tell EVERYONE I KNOW!!! Thanks, Alan and Jordan, you are the BEST!!!!!!!
