Great job! Just a little confusion on the guy checking me in. he could not figure out what kind of oil to use on a four cylinder Honda Accord. We called the dealer who let us know what type to use.

I had a bad experience at first as when I left my car was still messed up, (they replaced my power steering pump) but I brought it back in and they fixed it. Alan & Jordan were very kind and helpful I would suggest talking to them. In the end I'm very happy and will now be going back to them for my routine services like my oil change.

I have always had a great experience at Honest-1 in Roswell. Love the friendly staff, the clean waiting room, free snacks and wi-fi (and even a computer to use). However, this is the first time I am writing a review because they completely lived up to their name by being HONEST. The original quote to replace my A/C compressor was going to cost about $1,000. My car is 14 years old so it seemed reasonable and I agreed to pay. However, after they replaced the part, they realized my issue was mis-diagnosed. Alan was clearly upset by the mis-diagnosis, but they owned up to the mistake, took full responsibility, only charged me $220, and let me keep the brand new compressor as well. It was a huge surprise and so nice to know they really are honest. I've been telling all of my friends, especially females, they can trust HONEST-1. Thank you, Alan, Dennis, Tom & the rest of the gang!

I like these guys a lot! I appreciate their patience in explaining things to me and their customer service. The wait room is small but very well put together. It has Free WiFi, a computer, Snacks, drinks, and they give out cute little flash lights. After they finish, they leave a nice little card with the name of the mechanic that worked on your car. They give thorough explanations without all the unnecessary jargon and fast talk.

As always, great service at a great price!
