The staff was friendly, however, they spent 5 minutes with our car and came back and told us that it wasn't worth putting any money into it and to trade it in and get a new car. Our car wasn't driving rough and it was only making a small noise. After stressing out how we would get a new car unexpectedly, we decided to get a second opinion. The mechanic who gave us our second opinion kept our car for a week and it turned out to just be our radiator. Absolutely disappointed with Honest 1 and the fact that they could have been so severely wrong about the issue of our car. Totally unacceptable.

I found honest-1 on yelp and I was impressed with the reviews, but even more impressed with the service I received. Grade A quality service and professionalism. I plan to be a customer for life. I have a 2008 Tahoe Z71 - The cherry on top was the military discount they gave me - even though I didn't ask for one. I thought that was very classy on their part.

Appointment made and kept, time at shop as expected. Clean and comfortable waiting area.
