Very professional! I was definitely pleased with the service I received. I was from out of state and was in need of an honest mechanic to inspect a pre-purchase vehicle. They did a great job and I felt very confident purchasing the car for my daughter. I will definitely be using them again and would also highly recommend Honest1 Auto Service to anyone in need of a vehicle to be service.

As always, Honest-1 continues to reaffirm the trust I have in them with each time I need service. I was pleasantly shocked that they even made sure that my car passed the emissions test after the work they had done to fix the reason I failed. They took my car back to the testing facility and ran it through. They even dropped it back off at my house so that it was waiting for me. They have really 'raised the bar' now on what I can expect from a mechanic. Thanks so much!!

Just had my car serviced there for the first time after taking my car to the dealer for 10 straight years. Great customer service. Conrad was a pleasure to work with. And they even worked overtime to meet the promised delivery date. Thanks guys

Thanks Dele! If I recall, we gave you prices for about $2000 worth of repairs and maintenance that the dealer had suggested/recommended. As it turned out, based on our inspection and recommendation - you only really needed about 1/2 of what they suggested. We will not perform or recommend a service just because someone else recommended it. We will only recommend what the car needs.
