Thanks Rob! I work really, really hard to fine the right people to work at Honest-1. Number 1 - I want honest, decent, hard working employees. Number 2 - I want people that can talk to my customers. I want every single employee - even my most entry level associate - to be perfectly comfortable talking and explaining things to customers. Finally - I want those technical skills. Without skill number 1 and 2, technical skills are not valuable to me.

These days, most rotors will probably last for at least two sets of brake pads. (There are some exceptions to these rules.) We always measure the rotors before recommending replacement. Also, we have a state-of-the-art, top of the line on-car brake lathe. This is a very expensive machine - but it is simply the best technology available for resurfacing rotors. As cars get more sophisticated, we will continue to invest in the best technology to take care of those cars. Thanks again for your business and feedback.
