I've been here twice and they are wonderful from everything to the service and diagnostics! They get you in right away, and the waiting room is great! They don't fit the stereotypical auto shop mold. They don't overcharge you and try to sell you things you don't need. They deserve 5 stars!

The customer service and workmanship is excellent. The owner, svc advisor and technician does whatever is required to satisty the customer. I highly recommend Honest-1 Auto Care of Roswell.

The service was great, friendly and efficient. I was the first appointment at 7am, and I was out before 8:30 even though they quoted an hour and a half from the time we were done talking about the estimate. The pricing was more than fair, and even though they were having technical difficulties that day they were more helpful than most any other auto shop I've ever been to. I'll definitely be telling anyone I know that needs service on their vehicle to visit Honest-1 Auto Care in Roswell :)

Dennis and his staff are excellent business people who are great at what they do. They're friendly and asked good questions about the problem I was having. Their staff of ASE Certified technicians (including 2 ASE Master Techs) really know their stuff and do the job right the first time. Dennis and his staff didn't push me to have any unnecessary/unneeded repairs or maintenance performed, which really sets them apart from other auto shops/dealerships. They only performed the work I requested. They do outstanding, high quality work at a very fair price. I highly recommend Honest-1 to anyone looking for an auto repair shop, you won't be disappointed. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.
