The service was quick, but thorough, as always. The suggestion were to the point and very helpful, executed without pressure. Great customer service and great auto service! What else can you wish for from an auto care center? Good and caring people! Definitely recommend!
I was extremely impressed by the attention to detail and customer service by Honest 1. I came in for a full, 120K tune up and they ended up coming significantly under compared to other shops in Roswell. My Xterra also had a bad window, which I had been putting off fixing due to very high quotes. The guys went ahead and looked at the window for me, and then gave me a great quote for fixing it. The waiting room was extremely clean and I believe it had wireless internet as well.
I've been bringing both my cars to this location for a while now. I trust these guys. Unlike most car repair shops, I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off or taken advantage of. They are quick and in general just great people to work with. Personal thanks to Alan Kraus for all his help. I would recommend this location to anyone.

My engine light was on,in my truck and I had to get my truck inspected. Where do I go and how do I take care of this issue was my question. I had gone to Honest 1 on Alpharetta Hwy in Roswell Ga. to get my oil changed so I knew Allen in the service department there. I gave Allen a call and explained the situation to him. He asked me come by and he would look at it. I have to tell you I am a single female and I have apprehension going to auto repair shops. I know very little about how automobiles operate. I try to inform myself by going on line as to the issues I am having about my automobile before I seek help from a repair shop. When I went to Honest 1 in Roswell they took care of me right away. They checked the issue with my engine light and then referred me to get it inspected. They checked and found safety issues regarding my vehicle. I got a second opinion and they were absolutely right with their diagnosis. I have a new friend at Honest 1 and I believe and trust what they tell me. Allen , Jason and the entire crew are thoughtful and truly care about their clients. I would recommend Honest 1 Roswell to any one that is looking for an honest diagnosis of their vehicles. Excellent service, honest folks, highly recommended for all auto maintenance needs. In and out, no problems, even drive me to the office if on a weekday. I go here for all my auto needs (except gas of course)

The staff at Honest 1 take good care of our vehicles. They are professional, friendly and skilled. We have been customers since the shop opened, and we haven't experienced any problems. Appointments are encouraged, since the shop is rather is busy. (A testament to their good service). There is a nice lounge with beverages and a computer for relaxing while the car is in service.
