Outside of a Chick Fil A survey(and they ask me), I’ve never been moved to take the time to tell a business about my experience. I wanted to let you know that from the initial call to explain our issue all the way to picking up our repaired truck, was one the best we have ever had. The genuine caring and professionalism by You, Conrad, and Daniel was something all(not just auto repair) businesses should model themselves. In this day and time it’s difficult to trust some businesses and whether they’re truly looking to serve their customer’s or just their own business. Again, not the case at Honest 1. Your name alone exemplifies and then some how you treat and take care of your customers. We weren’t happy that our truck needed towing and need repair, but are happy we found you. This auto care shop truly lives up to its name. As a woman, I’m very skeptical about trusting mechanics because I’ve been over charged just because I am a woman. WELL, not at Honest 1. Although my first time doing business with them, it felt like I’ve known the staff for years. Shout out to Chuck the general manager there. He took time to explain what was going on with my car every step of the way. He even sent someone to pick me up from my home when my car was ready!! The atmosphere in this shop feels like family! I highly recommend their service especially for women that knows little about cars. Here you won’t feel cheated or rushed. They are HONEST and AFFORDABLE with OUTSTANDING customer service!! They will be my auto care shop for many years to come no matter what area in Georgia I live in. Please spend your money with them, you won’t be disappointed!!!!

While nobody typically enjoys getting their car repaired, they guys did a great job of communicating and we’re quick to work. They were honest and careful not to overpromise (which is good) and found a way to make the repair a tiny bit softer on my wallet. Would recommend.

Honest1 lives up to its name. I was traveling cross country and broke down. The VW dealer couldn’t help me for a month. I needed major engine repair. Honest1 fixed my problem same day which allowed me to continue my trip. Thanks. I recommend them to everyone

Amazing experience! We broke down in Atlanta while on a cross country trip. I knew by how it was running it would be the transmission or engine. Transmission shop read the OBD codes and determined it was not the transmission. I made an appointment at VW dealer and they said bring it in in 3 days. I showed up at the dealer and they said CS Rep told me wrong it would be one to two months before they could even look at it. Frustrated and stressed I found the Honest1 Auto in Roswell and since I used them in my hometown decided to give them a try. They had me diagnosed and fixed in a day. The car runs like new and I can continue my trip. Chuck was excellent, he explained everything and took the time to help me reduce the cost. While it was an expense I had not planned on the crew at Honest1 made it work out a whole lot better than I expected. I will use them in the future and recommend them to anyone.

I won't go anywhere else for auto service, including oil change. As their name suggests they are honest. They are a team you can trust. They are professional, knowledgeable and explain the work needed for the car including a guided tour of the workings of your car. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are simply the best.
