I was charged an extra 11.00 to top of fluids but was not asked about this before hand, so it did come as a surprise. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the service

They know their stuff & are able to explain the details to me on my level. :) As others have mentioned the atmosphere is warm & welcoming , the people are friendly & caring, but it is the high level of integrity that hooked me. My family will never take our cars anywhere else!!!
