Very friendly and informative.

No other mechanic shop anywhere in town knows you by name, picks you up or drops you off at home or at work, offers you fresh (Keurig) coffee, and sends you coupons every month for stuff they know you're going to need and use.

Took care of installing my head light bulb just at closing time. Very congenial and helpful. I will use them again when needed.

They gave us an estimate and then called us with the good news that it was not exactly what they thought it would be and it would cost about half of the estimate so we were really pleased. Also, we had the oil on the same car changed at another location recently and they told us that whoever was maintaining the car had done an awesome job and that it was in great shape!

The customer service at Honest-1 in Roswell, GA, is always beyond expectations. People who work there genuinely care for you: they listen well, give advice, suggest the services and then perform them in a timely manner. I brought my Toyota Prius for a brake fluid flush on November 25th, 2016, and the service was done within 30 minutes (it was a very busy day for them, the shop was full). I also asked several questions about further services, and was given a comprehensive answer. I truly appreciate everybody working there, especially Jordan and Alan Kraus.

Their name reflects their business. As someone who doesn't know a lot about cards, I'm always wary when taking my car to an auto-shop, as it's an easy way to get ripped off. Not here. They always tel you the cost before, so there are no surprises at the register. They also take you back to your car and physically show you the problems. Not to mention, when they worked on my car, they ended up not being able to fix it that day, and didn't charge me a dime because they didn't find a resolution. THE BEST!

My front brake pads were virtually non-existent as I rolled into Honest 1. The service manager couldn't have been nicer. I watched as the mechanic removed the tires from my car. At this point I was shown that the rotor had deep groves and would need to be replaced along w my brake pads. The repair was thorough, done in a timely manner, and the cost was lower than if I had visited a dealership. This was my first visit to Honest 1 and I had chosen them from the online reviews. I can truthfully say, I was happy w every step of the experience. BTW: I am a female, and at no time was I talked down to or felt I was taken advantage of. There were so many more positive elements of their customer service, but too numerous to mention. I have three vehicles, so I will definitely be back. In my estimation, Honest 1 is true to their name and the best in Roswell.

Myphone call tho set up the appointment was easy. Once there the problem was pinpointed and a price was established. The worked done immediately and I was off. Nice group of guys to deal with.
