I cannot sing enough praises for Honest 1 (Roswell)! I will single out Chuck, Jordan, Dennis and Patrick. Everyone went WAYYY beyond and above to ensure this experience was as painless as a car repair can be. Actually we had 2 cars there at the same time so that tells you the level of stress. From the repair to the clerical, all was handled with professionalism and explained every step of the way. Extremely prideful in their work and they do not stop until the job is resolved. You do not need to look elsewhere, I am so glad they are here! The shuttle is a great bonus as well.

I am thoroughly impressed with Honest -1 Auto Care in Roswell, GA. The level of care and transparency with even the most minute detail in the inspection and care of my vehicle goes above and beyond any other mechanic shop I have patronized before. I came here for a second opinion and estimate, and in my case it turned out to be a blessing since the repair needed was a different one than previously recommended by the dealership (at a much higher estimate)! I have already spread word to others about Honest-1 and I personally wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else but here. Highly recommend Honest-1!
