Outstanding as always...best customer service in Roswell.

I was looking for a car for my daughter and found one in Roswell, GA. Unfortunately, I live in Tennessee and needed to find a trustworthy mechanic in Roswell to inspect the car. After speaking with both Tom and Alan on the phone, I felt confident that they would give me an honest assessment of the vehicle. Jordan did a through inspection of the car, looked for fault codes and allowed me to view the underside of the car for rust or structural damage. He even looked up any recalls for that model. Overall, I am very pleased with the service that I received and would not hesitate in recommending them. It is refreshing to know that there are still competent and honest mechanics out there.

Excellent work. Excellent staff. Fortunate to find them when I moved to GA. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I highly recommend them to any and everyone!

If you have a problem with your car I would recommend going here and talking to Alan, he's very knowledgeable and can explain the repair so it's easy to understand, I've never been pressured to fix anything or perform a service that wasn't necessary.

Great work, great customer service. I would recommend anyone to try Honest-1.I would like to recommend that you move the sludge display from the window. It's an accident waiting to happen. Perhaps a small display mounted on one of the walls.You have a repeat customer..:)

Everyone there if friendly, helpful and willing to please. You also keep me informed by explaining the work that was done and if there are other things that I need to consider in the future. You have also met deadlines and do quick work.

The mechanic continued to test drive the car until he figured out what was causing the rubbing sound in the breaks. He ended up replacing the new rotors.

They got me in and got me out. Alan gave me a heads about needed future repairs. No high pressure.
