Thank you for your superb work & customer service to a first time customer. I researched this shop for weeks & finally took it in for an oil change. Waiting area was nice and comfy and had plenty of complimentary goodies. I felt very confident in what they told me about my car and I will be returning for my routine maintenance or repairs. I needed some repair to my car and I read some reviews about H1 and decided to give them a call. They were so nice on the phone and were able to check out my car problem that day. I then brought my car in on the agreed appointment day and they fixed the problem quickly. This was the best experience I have ever had when it comes to fixing my car. Much better than the dealer.

I am new to the state and had no idea where to start to find a mechanic. Read the reviews on Angie's List and set an appointment with Honest-1. Service was great. So far, I am very satisfied with their problem solving approach and the way they make recommendations. They could have easily told me I needed more work and did not. I had a follow-up after some repairs just to get an oil change and had more questions. Their Saturday hours were very convenient and they really paid attention to my questions/concerns.
