Great service, nice to have a shuttle to work when I left my car to be serviced!! They take care of all of cars (5) in our family.

I took my Ford Escape in for an oil change as well as to check out my brakes as they were making some sounds that made me uncomfortable. I always feel nervous bringing a car in to an auto repair shop and telling them about a sound I hear....it seems as though it has historically invited big repair bills! The mechanic thoroughly checked out my brakes and found a piece of plastic had lodged in there and it was creating the noise...no repair needed he just removed the debris. Thanks Honest-1!

Dennis, Allan and Tom are great to work with. I appreciate their attention to detail, and the way they work in a positive way to fix problems with my car. They put safety first and base their recommendations upon this. Their character and professionalism are why I have found the mechanic I will take my cars to, I and recommend them when I can.

Took my husband's car in for a regular maintenance to Honest-1. They were great. Initially I had scheduled the service and then just decided to pop in and see if they could get it done that day. It took a little longer doing it that way, but I didn't mind. Everyone was so pleasant and their waiting room was comfortable. I was very happy. I'll be bringing my car in when it needs regular maintenance as well. Thank you!

excellent customer service, this is the first auto shop i have seen that actually explaining in detail in a way i can understood about my car's repair. they value honesty and keep their reputation very well. i told them that i want to buy 4 tires for my car and they analyzed the threat of my tires and suggest that i should keep the one tire that are still in good condition and convince me to purchase just 3 (which means profit not earned when i didn't buy).
