I was charged an extra 11.00 to top of fluids but was not asked about this before hand, so it did come as a surprise. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the service

I only wish that I could rate it higher than 5 stars! If you're looking for HONEST, thorough, reliable service - this is the place. They know their stuff & are able to explain the details to me on my level. :) As others have mentioned the atmosphere is warm & welcoming , the people are friendly & caring, but it is the high level of integrity that hooked me. My family will never take our cars anywhere else!!!

The crew checked my brakes, found that they still had some life left, and didn't charge me for the diagnostic...surprising and appreciated!
