My new 2012 Honda Civic requires full synthetic-- they were fast with the oil change and since I spent over $25 they enrolled me automatically in a roadside service that will reimburse me up to $75 (for towing or locking my keys in the car!) Only reason why I didn't put 4 stars is because 1) visibility of the shop isn't great (despite the bright coloring and sign)-- I passed it a few times trying to locate it; and 2) Dennis told me that full synthetic is $7 per quart for them-- I know that they get a mechanic shop discount. Normally I wouldn't make it a huge deal but they are named "honest auto." Still awesome-- will be returning to them for all my maintenance while living in Roswell
Dara, Thanks for the overall positive feedback! Yes - I know that my visibility isn't great. That is a function of my lot being perpendicular to the road which limits the amount of signage I can have. It is also a function of my neighbors putting in big signs which block mine. This is an ongoing problem/discussion with the city of Roswell. Regarding the price on the oil change. When we do a full synthetic oil change, we use Pennzoil Platinum or Pennzoil Ultra Full Synthetic Oil. My cost on that oil is actually $6.29 per quart. I apologize if I was exagerating on my cost. In any case, our price of $49.95 for a full synthetic oil change - using an extremely high quality, name brand full synthetic oil - is probably one of the lowest prices in town. We could use a cheaper, lower quality oil but we don't. Thanks again for your positive feedback and we look forward to servicing your vehicle again in the future. Dennis
