Roswell, GA Auto Repair

My new 2012 Honda Civic requires full synthetic-- they were fast with the oil change and since I spent over $25 they enrolled me automatically in a roadside service that will reimburse me up to $75 (for towing or locking my keys in the car!) Only reason why I didn't put 4 stars is because 1) visibility of the shop isn't great (despite the bright coloring and sign)-- I passed it a few times trying to locate it; and 2) Dennis told me that full synthetic is $7 per quart for them-- I know that they get a mechanic shop discount. Normally I wouldn't make it a huge deal but they are named "honest auto." Still awesome-- will be returning to them for all my maintenance while living in Roswell

It is not to frequent that auto repair shops will show you the parts that needed replacement; this was an immediate plus. While I was initially told that the repairs would take approximately 4 hours to complete, they were done in 3. However, you could tell that they did not rush the work. At no point did they attempt to tell me that I needed trivial repairs, they did only what I told them I needed. My car feels like it is new again (something to be said for a 10 year old car).

I was relieved that you were able to fix my car quickly and I was very happy to find that you continue to treat customers in a friendly and professional manner. I do not hesitate to recommend you to friends.

They manage all four of our cars from a Land Rover to a VW Jetta. They are honest, dependable and have always done a great job. We wouldn't trade anywhere else.

I am very happy with the service except that I was told verbally that my break pads and rotors were fine. I got an email the other day saying that my break pads were bad and needed to be replaced - can someone call me to clarify that?
