I was quite upset that the final price for the oil change was $15 higher than the coupon price of 19.99. Surely you have the stats for the cars you service, and if the number of quarts of oil and filter type were not in line with the coupon price, i should have been notified before the service was done. I have never had this issue before with other service providers.
