I chose Honest-1 because of their name. They have lived up to it with their service.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked them to check out my brakes as they seemed to be grinding a bit. They came out and told me my brake pads had approximately 50% life left but also made a small adjustment and along with the tire rotation, that the grinding would be gone. I was prepared to buy new brakes but instead of over selling me a product I did not need, they offered a much less expensive option and the brakes are working great! I am very impressed with how they handled me and the few others in the waiting room.
