The people at Honest-One are so helpful, diligent and try take time to explain car issues. They even go out of their way to drive me home and pick me up so I don't have to sit in the lobby while my car is repaired. I have gone here for over 5 years and will happily continue to use their service knowing they care about my car running properly.

While most people would charge you for a full hour for installing a headlight, we were only charged for a partial hour as it did not take the entire time. We have been using them for 3 years and would not go anywhere else.

Great place to get your car repaired or service. The people are nice and I found them to be trustworthy. I'm greatly satisfied with the service they have provided me. They dont try to sell you extras but they're very thorough in inspecting your car....but no sales pitches. What has impressed me most is the high level of customer service they provide. They adhere to the amount of time they tell you it will take to service your car. I realay like how courteous they are and their high level of expertise. I highly recommend them.

Like many people, I'm a bit sceptical when I see "Honest" in a name. But in Honest-1' s instance, it's aptly named. There have been several visits when they could've taken advantage of our ignorance, and they didn't. Thank you, H1.

I can't comment on if the problem is fixed as I've only had the car for a few days, but the bigger issues lie with the amount of time it took along with recommending repeated services. I dropped the car off at my 8am appointment but the car wasn't ready until almost 5:30pm. I was simply having pads replaced, rotors resurfaced, oil change and some fluids flushed and filled. The amount of time for these services shouldn't take 9 1/2 hours, if they did places like this would go out of business. Another issue is I was given a recommendation of flushing power steering fluid, even though it was done 4 months ago. The tech said they would do it anyways and make a note on the paperwork, but the paperwork says we deferred the service, therefore I do not know if it was done or not. Overall the team here is nice but I have lost some confidence in their record-keeping (luckily my wife had our last invoice) and technical expertise since it took so long. I may or may not return, it's honestly up in the air right now.
