I can't comment on if the problem is fixed as I've only had the car for a few days, but the bigger issues lie with the amount of time it took along with recommending repeated services. I dropped the car off at my 8am appointment but the car wasn't ready until almost 5:30pm. I was simply having pads replaced, rotors resurfaced, oil change and some fluids flushed and filled. The amount of time for these services shouldn't take 9 1/2 hours, if they did places like this would go out of business. Another issue is I was given a recommendation of flushing power steering fluid, even though it was done 4 months ago. The tech said they would do it anyways and make a note on the paperwork, but the paperwork says we deferred the service, therefore I do not know if it was done or not. Overall the team here is nice but I have lost some confidence in their record-keeping (luckily my wife had our last invoice) and technical expertise since it took so long. I may or may not return, it's honestly up in the air right now.
