Jordan and Dennis are great. They addressed my car's very odd issues and got me on the road in less than 2 hours. They went way above and beyond the call of duty.

My first visit - off to a very good start!

The Honest-1 team in Roswell GA has always been fair and accomodating. This past Friday when my daughter was passing through town from college with friends heading to spring break, they changed the oil and caught a crucial part that if not fixed would have left them stranded somewhere. Dennis and his crew stayed late to get it fixed so my daughter and friends could leave Saturday morning on their trip to Destin. Peace of mind for me too.

Brake Job

I had taken my '07 Sebring to many shops, including dealers, to get the transmission fixed. They all gave me a different explanation for why, occasionally, the car wouldn't shift out of first gear, but no one seemed to be able to do anything about it. When I took the car to Honest-1, last year, Allan and his team did an inspection, and he noticed that an earlier repair that had been done under warranty may have used sub-standard parts / practices in fixing the vehicle's PCM and transmission. He gave me a very reasonable estimate, so I came back this year to get the repair done. Although the first attempt didn't take care of the issue 100%, what really impressed me was that they covered the cost of my rental while they took another look at no charge. Needless to say, I am now driving a safe, reliable car thanks to them. Thank you, Honest-1. You live up to your appellation!

I needed a timing belt replacement for preventative maintenance. They did a great job on my car and it's running like new again!

Can't say enough about the quality of work that they do and not to mention the "5 star" customer service that they provide to their customers! I definitely would recommend them to anyone because most companies nowadays are not providing the same quality customer service experience that Hones1 Auto Care gives day in and day out....Professionals all the way around.
