I just took my car to Honest-1 Auto Care for the first time. They were professional and helpful, explaining the issue with my car and how they were going to fix it. I made an appointment and they took me immediately. I was so impressed that I am going to switch to Honest-1.

I was disappointed with the last service with regards to added cost which was totally unexpected. First visit was very welcoming and information given then was contrary to what was received.

Everyone was professional and courteous. I basically told Jordan I needed new brakes pads and my rotors turned. He brought me out in the shop and showed me my rotors were fine and I still had 5 to 6 millimeters left on my brake pads. It turns out they really are honest.

Great honest service. Nice to have someone you can trust.

These guys are great and are not in business to rip you off. They are all so helpful in every area of your car. There name represents exactly who they are "HONEST" could not imagine going anywhere else. Nicest crew that I have ever experienced.

There seems to be a lack of communication here amongst the technicians and office. Dropped off my wife's car on a Friday for a noise issue. Was very clear we needed it back Saturday. Both of us called Saturday to come pick it up but it had been taken apart and would take time to put back together. Called at 2, by 5 they had done nothing. Said it would take 2 hours to put it back together and they didn't have the time. Cost me a 3 hour drive round trip to the airport and a $80 uber ride, and they never fixed anything. They didn't charge anything, but this isn't our first issue here and an apology and no charge isn't what's needed. What's needed is better communication and expertise so that no apology is necessary.

I don't review place very often, but this place deserves a shoutout for taking care of me, my car, and making sure I was comfortable. I have never experienced service like this before and every other auto shop needs to take note.

I had to find a local shop quickly and after reading great reviews, took my car to them. Oddly, my wife's BMW had an issue on the way to pick me up! The guys at Honest1Auto were flexible and took care of both cars, American AND foreign! They were upfront about what was going on and both cars were taken care of same day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. We will be back!

These guys do a great job of active listening and appropriately responding with exactly what you need!

Great service, super courteous staff and a shuttle service to boot. Reasonable recommendations with excellent advice. No pressure to do the extra services but they definitely let you know what's there and available and why. They understand the value of the service relative to the age and condition of your vehicle and if it's worth it or not. Nice people!
