There seems to be a lack of communication here amongst the technicians and office. Dropped off my wife's car on a Friday for a noise issue. Was very clear we needed it back Saturday. Both of us called Saturday to come pick it up but it had been taken apart and would take time to put back together. Called at 2, by 5 they had done nothing. Said it would take 2 hours to put it back together and they didn't have the time. Cost me a 3 hour drive round trip to the airport and a $80 uber ride, and they never fixed anything. They didn't charge anything, but this isn't our first issue here and an apology and no charge isn't what's needed. What's needed is better communication and expertise so that no apology is necessary.
