My air conditioning on my 10 yr old car stopped working as well as my check engine light was on. We recently moved to Roswell so I didn't have a go to car repair shop so I did a quick internet search and saw that Honest-1 had some great customer feedback and they were close so I though I would give them a shot. I am so glad I did because Alan and his team could not have been nicer and answered all my questions. I was give a very reasonable quote, but they actually called me back and said it was going to be less because they didn't need to make all the repairs they originally thought were needed. So they are indeed honest and they have earned my business. Thanks for such a great customer experience!

I was so impressed with my first visit! They immediately got me in because my car was leaking fluid and I was getting ready to drive 7 hours. The customer service was amazing. They even asked me if I wanted them to adjust the air in the room where I waited in addition to offering coffee, soda, etc. They were quick with the assessment and didn't try to upsell me. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Alan kept me informed of the status of my car and I appreciate the ride to Hertz. I am coming back & letting others know of your excellent service
