Excellent customer service with highly skilled techs. I plan on keeping my Honda for a long while & I believe I can count on Honest 1 to keep her running smoothly! I have had extensive repairs done a couple of times & I really appreciate the fact that I received a complete overview with pics of items that required attention and was also provided a complete explanation with full details of the required repairs! Horrible customer service

Sanoia, we apologize for not being able to quote the cost of a service over the phone. We do this because we provide a free brake inspection, allowing us to visually diagnose exactly what work needs to be completed. This allows us to give you an accurate price. We would be more than happy to inspect your brakes. Call the shop and we will schedule a time to complete this. Thank you!

I cant believe im writing a 5 star review for an auto care store. This place is nothing short of amazing. The professionalism, honesty and lack or greed is evident always. Jordan came to the rescue for me again on an issue that was deemed impossible by other shops. Literally 20 minutes and I was out the door. Always come here first when getting your worked on. Id give a bonus star if I could because Ive been dealing with sub par mechanics my whole life and this place is 1000% NOT one if them. Thank you Jordan and thank you Honest-1 💎
