Honest 1 team was great. Jordan is knowledgeable and professional. Easy to do business with. Car had a little rattling sound for years that finally went away after going to them to do a timing belt replacement, tune up, and spark plug replacement. Will definitely return and use them again for our vehicles. Felt pricing was fair and they got us in and out same day on a busy Saturday before the holiday week. Women feel valued and not played.

I recently went to the Alphatetta Hwy location after first making an appointment. I met with Chuck and discussed my concerns about my vehicle and substandard service performed by other businesses. He was courteous and professional. They performed an extensive review of my vehicle. They listened to my concerns and were honest. They did not try to over-sell. I would highly recommend them to others

A big thanks to Dennis and the staff at Honest-1. I have been taking my car there for years. Many times i thought my car needed a big repair and it was a simple, inexpensive fix. They are called Honest-1 for a reason. Last week, I picked up my car from them after needing a rebuilt transmission. it was back to me 2 days earlier than promised and and the cost was less than what they quoted. Can't beat that!

The folks at Honest-1 are great at what they do and as important, they are trustworthy. Dennis picked a good name for the company.
