Horrible customer service

Good, honest people.

I cant believe im writing a 5 star review for an auto care store. This place is nothing short of amazing. The professionalism, honesty and lack or greed is evident always. Jordan came to the rescue for me again on an issue that was deemed impossible by other shops. Literally 20 minutes and I was out the door. Always come here first when getting your worked on. Id give a bonus star if I could because Ive been dealing with sub par mechanics my whole life and this place is 1000% NOT one if them. Thank you Jordan and thank you Honest-1 💎

Jordan was great and I love the fact they shuttle you within 10 miles of office. I had a great coffee and got some work done while they took great care of me.

I have been here a few times with 3 different cars. Now their actual work is great and I can trust their inspections. The problem I’ve continuously experienced is their timing. I’ll set up an appointment online or over the phone and it will be confirmed but when I drop the car off I’m usually waiting anywhere from 4-6 hours for completion. Even for an oil change it will take that long. Of course I call about 2 hours in to check but I’m always told they haven’t started or that they’re just now starting. I just wish they were more honest with my time
