I've been coming here for years for all of my regular service and repairs. These guys have always done a great job.

I've been bringing my 11 year old truck here for service for years. The 'service engine soon' light came on in my truck while driving to work one day. The team got my truck in quickly, fixed, and back on the road the same day. They even gave me a ride back home while they worked on my truck. Very professional people to work with. Will do business again and again in the future!

Another great experience at Honest One. I had gone to another shop for an oil change. They recommended $800 of additional service based solely on the mileage of my car. I declined the additional services and took my car to Honest One. They rotated my tires and told me all the recommended services by the other shop were not necessary at this time. They told me when each of those services would be recommended and they reanged from 5,000 to 15,000 miles in the future. It is so nice to be able to go to a repair shop where they don't upsell unneeded services.

The customer service is top notch - friendly, courteous with refrigerated refreshment and individually brewed coffee. Waiting area is comfy. Technical service seems to be very competent. They took time to isolate the problems and explained to customers on the shop floor. Warranty is unusually long - three years. The cost though is a bit on the high side but definitely lower than dealership. They also seemed honest in not exaggerating the problems like so many other places. I got my car fixed at less than half of what a dealership quoted me or my "friendly services" place I frequent. I recommend this shop.

I am honest-1's biggest fan. From the advisors like Jordan, Alan, Conrad, and Tom all the way to the technicians like Bob and mike who really took care of my car everyone is a solid professional. Dennis really knows how to run a great and HONEST crew. I will always be a loyal customer, fan, and friend of these guys.

Repair seems good as it should, but rather pricey.

I rarely give across the board 5 star reviews. But for customer service, employee attitude, cleanliness, and price to value, this one was easy. A local auto parts store recommended Honest One and it was my good fortune to call them. My truck suffered from the dreaded "electrical problem" which means they couldn't give me an estimate until they located the source. It wasn't your typical short. Turns out my battery cables and terminals simply needed to be adjusted and cleaned (I had done this previously to no avail) and the charge was less than $50 bucks. The service was completed very quickly. Perhaps the most impressive part of the service was dealing with the friendly employees. Honest One is now my "go to" auto repair shop and I highly recommend them.
