Cannot recommend this shop highly enough. They do not pressure you to get anything you don't need, in fact they are more likely to try to talk you out of something. But they will give you a thorough list of what your car needs, and they will help you prioritize the repairs as if they were in your shoes. They are respectful and willing to explain anything in detail. It seems like they really care about the customers. They will tell you themselves that they aren't the cheapest place in town, and that's not a lie. They do have high prices for parts. But it seems to me that, as always, you get what you pay for. They don't turn around and get an unprofessional attitude with you if you decline some of the work. It is a big relief when you find a place you can count on.

We have had far more customers tell us our prices our less than other shops compared to customers that tell us our prices our higher. We don't price our services based on the competition; we price based on making a fair margin to pay all the bills! I think it is very, very important for people to understand that for every single part on your car - there are dozens and dozens of options for us to purchase. The range on those options can be huge!! As one example, I could buy $17 organic break pads for almost any car on the market. I could also buy $129 racing/high performance brake pads for any car on the market. As you said "you get what you pay for." At Honest-1 - we offer a 3 year, 36,000 mile nationwide warranty on most repairs. Therefore, I have to use higher quality parts. I also need to have high paid, well qualified technicians to install those parts. If you want cheap car repairs with no warranty, we're not the place. If you want high quality, long lasting repairs that we will stand behind - then I am your place! Thanks again for your great feedback!
