Honest-1 is one of the auto care shops open past five. After leaving work late one evening, my car began to shake and the dash lights were flashing. After pulling over and making a few phone calls, it appeared that my alternator was finally giving up on me. I rolled into the parking lot 20 minutes to close and asked if anyone could please help me out. Not only was the staff very understanding of my predicament, they got me back on the road that same night. I live 40 miles outside of Atlanta, and if Honest-1 hadn't been open and willing to take my car at such a late time, I would have been stuck at a hotel and missed a day of work the next day, which I cannot afford. After having such a good experience, I've been back since to have minor maintenance taken care of. I am always treated with courtesy and respect. Thanks, Honest-1! You've definitely earned my future business!

From start (finding them on the interest) to finish (pick up of the car), great experience. Needed rotors and oil change. They did a through overview of the car. Gave me a report over the phone much sooner than I expected on what was needed in a descending order of importance with zero pressure. Cherry picked services - those to do now and what I need schedule in for the future. They even told me I really needed a new cabin filter and I totally forgot the car had one, which in 65K miles had never been changed. So what they told me I needed, I really needed. What they told me to be aware of was great to put on my radar. Had all work done on time (sooner than I expected) and the car ran like new. So the work was great and the services they provide are much appreciated (cafe, drinks, waiting room, roadside service, warranty on the service, handing out cell numbers). I found my home for this car and everyone I came in contact were great.

We originally went to Honest - 1 because they have saturday hours which was very convienent for us. We keep coming back because they truly are honest and stand by their work. Great people to do business with.
