From start (finding them on the internet) to finish (pick up of the car), great experience. Needed rotors and oil change. They did a through overview of the car. Gave me a report over the phone much sooner than I expected on what was needed in a descending order of importance with zero pressure. Cherry picked services - those to do now and what I need schedule in for the future. They even told me I really needed a new cabin filter and I totally forgot the car had one, which in 65K miles had never been changed. So what they told me I needed, I really needed. What they told me to be aware of was great to put on my radar. Had all work done on time (sooner than I expected) and the car ran like new. So the work was great and the services they provide are much appreciated (cafe, drinks, waiting room, roadside service, warranty on the service, handing out cell numbers). I found my home for this car and everyone I came in contact were great.
