Very grateful to have stumbled upon our Valpak coupons before heading to an Oil Change. Jiffy Lube had quoted my daughter $40.00 for a standard oil change. They impressed her with "perks" that included vacuuming her car. $40.00??? No thanks! We received amazing service at Honest-1! True to their name. I was sure to get the clerks name, Conrad; and took a handful of cards to give to my friends. I was very impressed with the guidance I received, considering future work needed (tires, and brake pads ) and the "no pressure" advise I received. I have been to many places looking for honest, affordable work. I finally found it! I loved this place and hope and pray it stays where it is so that I can support their business and tell more friends about it. THANK YOU!

Each time I have taken my vehicle into Honest-1 I have always felt like they have recommended the most effective strategy for me. I have probably spent less money than I had originally thought I would need to each time because they do a great job telling me whether or not a fix is worth the price I am going to have to pay for it. The work they do is always stellar and I've never had to go back to fix something that they had fixed earlier. I will always use Honest-1 for my vehicle maintenance as long as they are around!

As a software engineer, I recognize technical competency and attention to detail, and the people at Honest-1 are some of the best. They have a genuine interest in what your vehicle needs, they thoroughly investigate and understand the problem, and then patiently explaining everything involved. It is rare to find a business that is both technically competent and has good communication with the customer, and Honest-1 does both very well. I am new to the area and I am very, very happy to have found a great place to take my car.

I saw their shuttle bus while I was a lunch. I called to inquire about the services that they offered. They were very informative, they were able to fit me in on my lunch break. FAST, EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Fast Service as always. Always lets us know what is recommended but also what recommended services are coming up in the future. BUT, we are grateful that they will tell us what we need to have done and what we really don't need to do or what can wait.
