Despite coming to your facility since its opening, I'm not going to be returning. I take some blame for failing to read the fine print on my coupon --$19.95 for an oil change -- which, had I read it, would have warned me that I risked having to pay more if my vehicle required more than five quarts of oil. According to your staff, mine required six. Anyway, in the past, you've only charged me -- if memory serves -- the coupon price, which I don't recall having fine print. (I could be wrong, of course, because my previous experiences there stand out as good ones.) So I didn't really have reason to know, or care, how many quarts my vehicle required. Now I know and now I'll also know that your coupon is a clever bait-and-switch tactic. Again, I take responsibility for not reading the fine print on the coupon. Lesson learned. But please remember that your business requires repeat customers. Clearly you'll get along just fine without me or my son or my friends -- because I'll be sharing today's experience with many of them. But wouldn't it be better if you were simply up front with your customers and didn't risk creating ill will with deceptive coupons?
Wow - where do I begin? Literally - every line in this note is wrong. Instead of debating your review on a point-by-point basis - I'll just say this. Thank you so much for your past business and good luck on your future auto repair needs!
