Great experience. First time I've ever had a "first" brake job on a car in years when I was not told the brake rotors were wore out. That was a pleasant surprise and speaks to the honestly of your shop. I will be back.

These days, most rotors will probably last for at least two sets of brake pads. (There are some exceptions to these rules.) We always measure the rotors before recommending replacement. Also, we have a state-of-the-art, top of the line on-car brake lathe. This is a very expensive machine - but it is simply the best technology available for resurfacing rotors. As cars get more sophisticated, we will continue to invest in the best technology to take care of those cars. Thanks again for your business and feedback.

So I just wanted to say I had a great experience. I was however very nervous Even after reading lots of good reviews. I had purchased a DC power high Output alternator for my 2010 civic. I shopped around trying to find a good Deal on installation of my new alternator. It was for the purpose of my car Stereo that has large power demands. Audio shops wanted to charge as Much as $350 to do the install. Honest one charged me a little over $100 To do it and so I booked my appt got there on time and they saw me right away it really only took them 1.5hrs to do the alternator swap. Everything works perfectly and it was very afford able to do. I'm the guy That only goes to the Honda dealership for all my services. Me personally I find it strange to buy a Honda and go have a ford or Toyota specialist take care of the car. But honest 1 are Honda specialists and are Honda certified Not just ASE certified. They are truly honest polite and professional. Would definitely see them again and recommend them. Make an appointment with them get a confirmation your appointment is good show up on time and you will be very happy.

We do have a Honda certified technician, but we are not Honda specialists. We work on all makes and models of cars and my four technicians have about 80 years of experience including 50 or 60 years at Honda, Toyota, Chevrolet, BMW, Volvo and Mercedes dealerships among others. Scheduled appt, got right in, got right out, radiator flush, oil change. Thought a radiator hose might have been leaking after, but turned out to be simple water condensation from the AC on humid ATL days. Great service as always

I think the business model wasp g overdue. When people have a breakdown away from home in another city , they need a branded reputable car repair place. Also surprising that the staff aren't the usual rednecky types of days gone by but techno geeks with personality ...
