I brought my Mustang to Honest-1 about three weeks ago on the referral of a neighbor of mine. I had spent 4 months and countless hundred dollar bills trying to fix my "engine light" issue. When I arrived Conrad suggested that I wait till "ROCKET" returns in two weeks and have him look at my car. I waited the two weeks and brought my Mustang to have the Rocket Man take a look. Boy' was I happy I did. Rocket not only diagnosed my problem, but the shop also took care of getting the Mustang emissions tested for me when I was on a trip two states away. I waited for a while to write this review. I have put nearly 400 miles on the car and it purrs like a kitten. No engine light! I previously had taken my Mustang too another shop to have it diagnosed. They failed to find the problem and added to my misery and confusion. I found Conrad to be very professional and he answered all my questions. Dennis the owner also got in on the job by driving the car to prepare for emissions test. They even took the time to put gas in the car. I went here to get a full auto inspection for my vehicle I had recently bought (I could have also had a pre-purchase inspection done). It took about 3 hours. The whole car was inspected and I was given a detailed report. The service was very professional and I felt comfortable and wasn't rushed. I would recommend this place. It was my fist time here.

I was greeted nicely when I entered for my appointment. They took my car and called me quickly with an update. I felt I was kept in the loop at all stages and enjoyed talking to the guys in the shop. Jordan was excellent. I have a follow up appointment but so far so good.

I have seen Honest-1 show up on my RepairPal recommendations for years but never used them for my vehicles. That changed last week. The booking process worked flawlessly. Efficient drop off and shuttle (I never even sat down and was back to work quickly). The work needed was clear and thoroughly explained through text and follow up call.
