I tried to be a customer today. I called, was put on hold, then after several minutes, they hung up. I called back. This time Chuck answered immediately. I asked for a quote. He asked me a question about my car that I didn't know the answer to, so I said I would call him back, and I did. I gave him the information. He acknowledged receiving the information, said he'd call back, then quickly hung up. 4 1/2 hours later, no call back, so I called them back, and was put on hold again. I waited several minutes, no one came back on the phone, so I gave up. Perhaps my expectations were too high because they have good reviews on yelp from others. But if I have this much trouble trying to get a simple quote, I don't think I want to bring my vehicle to Honest-1 Auto Care of Roswell.
Toby, I’m sorry we never got back to you with an estimate yesterday. There was several back and forths with you regarding your F-150. You wanted a price to replace 1 spark plug and 1 coil. You also said – maybe you would want to replace all of them. You weren’t sure if you had a V6 engine or a V8 engine. You did not know which spark plug and ignition coil needed to be replaced. Depending on which cylinder needs a new spark plug or new ignition coil – the price will vary because the labor is different for cylinders on one side of the engine versus the other side of the engine. Providing an estimate over the phone for this service is not necessarily an easy thing to do. We would be more than happy to look at your car – and diagnose the problem for FREE. No charge for diagnosing your issue – because we dropped the ball in communication yesterday. From there we can provide you with exactly the service you need with an exact price. Again – I’m sorry we didn’t get back to you yesterday. As you noticed from our online reviews – out customers are very, very happy with our service.
