He even called back after they did the initial inspection and let me know that final cost was going to be less than originally quoted. My neighbors have trusted them for years, and now I can see why. If it was possible I would give Honest 1 Auto Care 10 STARS! It was the best experience of getting my car fixed that I have ever had bar none. They are brilliant at diagnosing the problem. They take you into the shop and transparently show you what is wrong. Their prices are honest and fair. It is a privately owned business (Dennis is incredible!) and the pride of ownership is evident in everything this shop does. Jason, one of the mechanics and the person I delt with, is excellent and thorough. I was treated with respect and compassion by every person I interacted with here. I know I am giving a tremendous amount of praise to Honest 1. Believe me they deserve it.

My first time at this auto repair facility and I was quite impressed. They did a great job explaining what was included in my 20,000 mile service and the results of their inspection.

I moved to the area from out of state somewhat recently and hadn't found my go-to mechanic or standard place to go to for oil changes. I found a coupon online for Honest-1 Auto Care to get an oil change done for much less than the local quick oil change/oil change only places. I went there and got my oil change done in a reasonable amount of time and for a great price compared to competitors. When I was there, everyone was friendly and courteous. I was informed of services that my car may be due for in the future, but was not pushed into getting any extra work done. Overall, I would recommened using this mechanic and I will likely return in the future.
