I just want to give a huge thank you to Conrad and Jordan for helping me diagnose and fix an issue with my rotors and brake pads that was not correctly diagnosed by the dealership when I took it to get serviced previously. Not only were Conrad and Jordan able to get me in quickly, they listened to my concerns and were able to figure out what the issue was, order the parts and fix my car properly. This is the first time in years that my car has sounded as good as it does and I am so grateful for their assistance. I will absolutely be taking my car back to Honest-1 with any future issues and tune-ups. These guys are fantastic!

Dennis & his team kept me informed every step of the way, including a comprehensive service review (with pictures). I dropped off my company vehicle at 11 a.m. on Friday as a work in and they had my 4 wheel alignment & oil change ready to pick up by 2 pm on Friday of a holiday weekend.
