I visited this for the first time this weekend as I needed my vehicle to be inspected for service. I found them extremely professional, and great at customer service. They did a very thorough inspection and also provided pictures of all the inspection on their website which I found extremely useful.

Took my car in on short notice because it was running rough and the check engine light. They checked my car over and told me everything that needed to be done then and things that need attention in the future. They did a great job and I had my car back in a relatively short amount of time. Car seems to be running much better now👍

I found Honest-1 Auto Care of Roswell through a Google search. I called and spoke with Chuck, the General Manager. I took the car over and was greeted warmly, taken to my car and asked to explain the problems I was having. Chuck took notes and asked many questions. Once Chuck was finished, he arranged a ride for me to pick up a rental car and I was off. During the repair process, Chuck contacted me frequently with updates and pictures. When the car was ready, Chuck picked me up from the rental car company, brought me back to the shop and explained all that was done and took me to the car for an inspection. Overall, everyone was very professional and I felt very comfortable with the experience. They have earned my business in the future.

Jordan and his crew did a great job and very very thorough looking over my Yukon. I had a potentially dangerous break situation and they figured my issue out quickly and got it resolved that same day. If they had not found this problem, who knows what could have happened to me and my family. If I could have given them more than 6 stars, I would have!
