I chose this business for both location and reviews and wasn’t disappointed. What impressed me most is the comprehensive inspection text link they send with details and photos on everything they did and if a follow up is needed, why and when.Chuck was so friendly, as was the gentleman who brought my car to me. Prices were very reasonable, imo. I plan to use them for future services. Small update, I got a call from Chuck the GM alerting me that they’d accidentally overcharged me and planned to refund me. I asked for a credit because I absolutely plan to return. The Honest name is legit.

Honest 1 serviced the fuel injection system and replaced the front brake pads and rotors on my vehicle. The repairs were done quickly and fairly priced. In addition, they preformed a very comprehensive inspection of all the systems on the car and provided a report of their findings. This is helpful in planning future repairs.

Outside of a Chick Fil A survey(and they ask me), I’ve never been moved to take the time to tell a business about my experience. I wanted to let you know that from the initial call to explain our issue all the way to picking up our repaired truck, was one the best we have ever had. The genuine caring and professionalism by You, Conrad, and Daniel was something all(not just auto repair) businesses should model themselves. In this day and time it’s difficult to trust some businesses and whether they’re truly looking to serve their customer’s or just their own business. Again, not the case at Honest 1. Your name alone exemplifies and then some how you treat and take care of your customers. We weren’t happy that our truck needed towing and need repair, but are happy we found you. This auto care shop truly lives up to its name. As a woman, I’m very skeptical about trusting mechanics because I’ve been over charged just because I am a woman. WELL, not at Honest 1. Although my first time doing business with them, it felt like I’ve known the staff for years. Shout out to Chuck the general manager there. He took time to explain what was going on with my car every step of the way. He even sent someone to pick me up from my home when my car was ready!! The atmosphere in this shop feels like family! I highly recommend their service especially for women that knows little about cars. Here you won’t feel cheated or rushed. They are HONEST and AFFORDABLE with OUTSTANDING customer service!! They will be my auto care shop for many years to come no matter what area in Georgia I live in. Please spend your money with them, you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Did a great job.

While nobody typically enjoys getting their car repaired, they guys did a great job of communicating and we’re quick to work. They were honest and careful not to overpromise (which is good) and found a way to make the repair a tiny bit softer on my wallet. Would recommend.
