pros: excellent service, everyone explained everything well. very transparent and educational. although I ended up having to spend more money than I anticipated, I'm glad the staff was honest with me and let me know what my car needed, plus I feel the pricing was fair. my car just needed more work than I thought going in. :P the atmosphere was nice and so was everyone I interacted with. cons: the parking lot is too small/tight and chaotic. it's kind of hard to navigate. the East Cobb location leaves snacks in your car but this one doesn't. :(

Did a great pre-sale inspection on a car I was thinking to buy. Saved me thousands on surprise repairs. Worked with me on short notice. Great service, really felt my money was well spent. If I lived near here I'd definitely be taking my vehicles here.

Brought my car in for AC repairs, was blowing warm which is scary in the summer… blowing colder than I ever remember now! Conrad and Dennis and the rest of the team are all great. Fast service. Definitely a very trustworthy shop, won’t hesitate to come here for any future car issues.

The people here take good care of you. Conrad and team fought tooth and nail to get the most out of my warranty, which I forgot existed until they found out for me. They even gave me a ride home when dropping my car off. They were very transparent and thorough with all the work they did, and it was an extremely quick turn around time. I love this place and will get my car serviced here as long as I’m around.
