Great customer service. Went into detail on my insurance coverage as well as pricing before they even touched my car. Kept me in the loop the whole time and very timely. Had my car towed here Monday after closing and had it back Thursday. Definitely recommend.

We had a great experience. We don't live in the area, but were buying a used car near to the shop, so we had them do a pre-purchase inspection. For such a minor service, we were suprised to have one of our best experiences ever with a mechanic. The level of detail and concern put into the with really impressed us. We have another car that needs a more serious repair and both my wife and I decided that it's worth to the drive to have them do the work.

We use honest one for all the maintenance on our vehicles. They text us a break down that includes the results of the complete inspection. It includes pictures and describes the work that needs to be done. They give me a call, and we talk about the urgency (and lack of) for any items. And I always feel comfortable and informed, never pressured. They also can shuttle me back and forth to my home or my office. Great service. Great people.

These people are so helpful! Today I called with a question and they told me to stop by after work and they would check it out. They quickly diagnosed the problem but said it would take about 45 minutes to get the part. I decided to run a few errands and by my last stop the car died. Fortunately I was nearby and they came and got me started and fixed my car in no time! From past experience I know I can trust them to tell me whether something needs to be done! Today, they went above and beyond!
