How do I even begin? I really don’t know how they do it. Everyone here is so incredibly nice, so easy to talk to, and they genuinely care about your time, your experience with them and your car. They are also very professional and they do a good job on my car. Unlike car dealerships or other places where they just tell you “X Y and Z need to be replaced don’t ask us why”, Honest-1 texts you a detailed report with pictures showing you why it needs to be replaced. I trust them with my car and I always will. I went for my third visit today for an oil change, and when my car was done, I went to go pick it up, had a nice conversation with Chuck and Jordan, got into my car and saw that my technician left a little thank you note and a small pack of goldfish in my car. C’mon everyone, this is how you get a customer’s loyalty. I am literally telling everyone about this place. Trust your car with Honest-1, you will not regret it😊
