I recently took my vehicle to another repair. Shop where it took 2 weeks for them to tell me why it wasn't starting. Once they did, they told me I had to take it to the dealer to repair. I googled other repair shops in the area, and Honest-1 popped up. We called them, and Chuck was upfront and honest. He told us that they had to do their own diagnostic and why. We had the vehicle towed on a Saturdsy before the holiday, knowing that it would not be looked at by a master technician until Tuesday. By the end of the day, Chuck called my husband and explained what they had found, answered additional questions, and gave us the estimate. We authorized the work, knowing that there was a small chance that additional repairs may be needed. By Wednesday, Chuck called my husband, and the repair worked. They even drove it 17 miles to make sure none of the lights or sensors popped back on. When I got the payment receipt, I was surprised at the detail given. I am definitely going to shift my repair needs to Honest 1.

I recently took my 2018 Chevy Trax for a coolant leak. Thanks to Honest-1 Auto, they were able to find the problem, fix it, and have it back on the road in two days. I appreciate how quickly they were able to get the car back to me and had excellent communication throughout the process. Great staff as well, will be going back for any car needs!

I visited this for the first time this weekend as I needed my vehicle to be inspected for service. I found them extremely professional, and great at customer service. They did a very thorough inspection and also provided pictures of all the inspection on their website which I found extremely useful.

Took my car in on short notice because it was running rough and the check engine light. They checked my car over and told me everything that needed to be done then and things that need attention in the future. They did a great job and I had my car back in a relatively short amount of time. Car seems to be running much better now👍

I found Honest-1 Auto Care of Roswell through a Google search. I called and spoke with Chuck, the General Manager. I took the car over and was greeted warmly, taken to my car and asked to explain the problems I was having. Chuck took notes and asked many questions. Once Chuck was finished, he arranged a ride for me to pick up a rental car and I was off. During the repair process, Chuck contacted me frequently with updates and pictures. When the car was ready, Chuck picked me up from the rental car company, brought me back to the shop and explained all that was done and took me to the car for an inspection. Overall, everyone was very professional and I felt very comfortable with the experience. They have earned my business in the future.
