The service I received at Honest A-1 Auto Care is unheard of! I called to ask if they could do a pre-purchase inspection. The voice on the other end of the phone was welcoming, personal, and not rushed. It felt like the right place to go for such an important decision as purchasing a car. Once they started the inspection, they found a problem, immediately stopped, and came out to explain the issue along with a recommendation not to purchase the vehicle. They did not charge the full agreed upon amount since they stopped very early. Who does that? Well, Honest A-1 Auto Care did it for me. Thank you! You all are awesome.

Legit Mechanic in East Cobb. I trust what they tell me I love how they send pictures of issues with an explanation of what needs to be completed. They are probably not the cheapest around, but I know they’re not going out of business anytime soon and they will stand by their word.

I came in knowing that I had a serious problems being diagnosed with my car. I knew I needed an oil change, and my brakes to be looked at as well. Before any work was done they conducted an inspection which led them to find my engine had been compromised and would need to be replaced. Before doing any other work and racking up a huge bill they contacted me and let me know in full detail what my car needed in order to be in good working condition. I appreciate them not charging me an arm and a leg to do work that wasn’t needed for a car that I couldn’t afford to fix. Thank you for helping me learn what I needed to know about the car in order to move forward.
