My Honda had loud knocking noise - they did not know for certain what it was - they suggested service/repair as a possible answer

Honest 1 Auto Care. Is exactly what the name of there business is call Honest. Jordan who was my service advisor told me everything I needed to know what was wrong with my car. Great communication and service.
I had a great experience with Honest 1. This was my first time to this shop, but everything was so clear and there were no extra or unexpected fees that were brought up. Jordan helped me the whole day, I brought my car I recently purchased, and he did a report of the condition of my car. I also reported a rattling noise which the team here spent hours trying to identify but had no luck. The amount of checks they went through was greatly appreciated and they did not charge anything extra for looking for it for so long. They also have a detailed report with pictures that actually shows you the work you need and why this is important, rather than a sketchy process of just telling you things you need. THIS is the type of stuff that shows they value the customer. I have never had great experiences with auto repair shops so finding Honest 1 was a great relief and I will continue to come back.

If I could give them 0 stars for their awful treatment I would. I have been there several times and was referred by a friend. Their service today was awful. I needed a pre- purchase vehicle inspection. They told me to drop it off at 12pm and would have it done by 3 pm.. They are not very honest bc come 3 pm it wasn’t done. And Chuck tried to tell me to calm down take a deep breath and spoke to me completly condensing… clients are not your friends - you gave your word and didn’t do so. What is a company without their word. I don’t like when a company you trust gives their word and doesn’t do as they say. I cannot keep a dealership car there all day so they can conveniently do their job for the vehicle at their time vs the time they gave their word they would be done by. The audacity to say they were back up with too many clients - why allow me to make the appointment then yesterday when you knew you wouldn’t have the time… You guys knew you didn’t have the time… money hungry is not a good look vs client quality and satisfaction.#disappointed
